Data is the key component to facilitate the understanding of the seabed and sub-seabed conditions and geological processes.

From the earliest stages of the project, Fugro GeoConsulting can collate and process all the available seabed data to establish a regional shallow section ground model of the proposed development region. Typically these information sets will comprise survey data from available exploration survey data and public domain information, enhanced by both your knowledge and experience of the area and Fugro’s own rich and extensive database.

By giving this early consideration, we can inform the decision making process and optimise survey programmes to target and address each challenge.

As new data is gathered and integrated, the ground model can be refined, improving field understanding at a local and regional level.
